Note: The government of the state of Oklahoma is scheduled to poison to death Steven Ray Thacker for the 2000 murder of Ray Patterson tomorrow, 03/12/13. Mr. Thacker is a drug addict and alcoholic with undiagnosed bi-polar disease. With no violent crimes on his record he is said to be responsible for killing three people over ten days. All through his life, anecdotal evidence shows his lack of control over the cyclical behavior typical of bi-polar disease.
