Three hours ago Governor Mary Fallin of Oklahoma stayed this week’s execution of Garry Allen for another 26 days to 04/12/12.  Already subject to severe epileptic seizures, Mr. Allen was shot through the head during his arrest, causing permanent brain damage and contributing to debilitating mental illness developed during his years on death row.
