No Execution Log: 12/05/11 – 12/11/11

There will be no Execution Log issued this week because the only execution scheduled for next week, Gary Haugen in Oregon, was stayed to allow the state to review all its death penalty procedures.  That amounted to a moratorium on the executions in the state of Oregon!
